Key Responsibilities

• Oversee school principals’ performance in curriculum delivery and administration
• Support school governance structures and management teams
• Conduct principal evaluations and performance reviews
• Implement Circuit Improvement Plans for educator development
• Monitor school infrastructure needs and resource allocation
• Coordinate examination administration and quality control
• Guide financial management compliance in schools
• Facilitate labor relations and staffing processes

Candidate Profile

• 3-4 year accredited teaching qualification
• Proven track record in curriculum implementation
• Experience in teacher development programs
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Knowledge of educational policies and school governance
