Key Responsibilities:
Accurately capture the first phase of the core data that comes through the SAP system (plant maintenance) and route/assign work orders to the responsible foreman/operations manager.
Rectify data errors on the SAP PM system to enable depots to complete transactions and improve quality.
Assist walk-in and call-in customers in creating Work Orders.
Assist artisans when the foreman is not available to assign work orders.
Keep depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) informed on data-related matters.
Highlight captured errors to depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) and assist them in rectifying errors.
Interact with relevant departments on water/sewer-related data.
File correspondence daily.
Relieve the switchboard/receptionist as and when required.
Assist the IMIS Administrator as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
Grade 12 or N3 (NQF 4)
3 years’ experience in Data capturing.
Experience in SAP.
