Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate with no experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of administration processes.
  • Good communication skills, numeracy, computer literacy, and ability to work with data.
  • A self-motivated, responsive person with a positive attitude.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support services, including capturing and updating data on computers.
  • Generate spreadsheets and update systems with all data sets.
  • Validate data to ensure it is correct, complete, and consistent.
  • Compile routine statistical information and reports.
  • Receive, register, and track records or documents for processing.
  • Capture routine transactions by transferring information from manual records to electronic documents.
  • Provide routine and administrative maintenance services, such as updating and filing records.
  • Continuously update information on computers for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain the DHIS database and retrieve required information.
