Role Purpose

Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with teams to achieve business targets through effective campaign coordination and execution.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination
Manage marketing calendars and campaign code processes
Verify all digital campaign elements (emails/SMS/notifications)
Coordinate creative development approvals

Operational Support
Handle campaign documentation and invoices
Assist with customer query resolution
Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives

Cross-Team Collaboration
Brief internal teams and external agencies
Coordinate call center training for campaigns
Manage stakeholder communication

Data Management
Track campaign performance metrics
Maintain campaign traffic logs
Compile routine marketing reports

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
Grade 12 + Marketing-related degree/diploma

Preferred Experience:
Financial services background (advantageous)
Proficiency in email/SMS marketing platforms

Development Opportunities

Receive coaching while mentoring junior staff
Participate in ongoing marketing technology training
