  • Our client is a U.S.-based company focused on coaching and professional development. They help adults, especially those who have lost jobs, learn new skills, retrain, and get back into the workforce. With structured programs, expert coaching, and strong support, they offer practical education for adult learners. As the company grows, they need a Customer Support and Account Manager to improve student experiences and handle administrative tasks. This role ensures learners get quick communication, smooth onboarding, and ongoing help in their programs.

Responsibilities

  • Give excellent customer support to adult learners, answer questions, solve problems, and guide them through training.
  • Manage student communications using email, Zoom, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Handle admin tasks like creating certificates, sending follow-up emails, scheduling, and updating systems.
  • Help deliver courses and update programs on learning platforms and website pages.
  • Work with the coaching team to provide timely support to students.
  • Track student progress and spot those who need extra help.
  • Join weekly meetings and take turns with Saturday support shifts.
  • Help improve processes for onboarding, records, and student success.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in customer service, education support, or account management.
  • Experience helping adult learners, business professionals, or corporate training.
  • Strong English skills in writing and speaking, with a clear and professional style.
  • Track record of being reliable, proactive, and paying attention to details.
  • Good with tools like Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, LMS platforms, exam software, and other online services.
  • Skills in updating website pages, sending group emails, and managing digital files.
  • Able to work from home and use multiple systems comfortably.
  • Handle private information and student data carefully and honestly.
