Job Purpose

Drive market strategy execution and commercial planning for our Foods division, focusing on category growth and customer engagement across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop localized category growth strategies for specific markets
  • Lead national innovation launches across retail channels
  • Manage pricing strategy and promotional budgets
  • Coordinate execution of commercial plans with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze sales performance using Nielsen/PowerBI tools
  • Optimize shelf presence through strategic merchandising plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
  • 2+ years FMCG experience in marketing/sales roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability
  • Proven success in cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience with retail analytics platforms preferred
