Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Arts & Culture or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in arts/culture program coordination
- Knowledge of arts policies and community engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate provincial arts & culture programs
- Manage art center operations and community outreach
- Support artist development through training and resources
- Organize cultural events and festivals
- Maintain artist databases and program reports
- Manage budgets and procurement processes
- Collaborate with community stakeholders
