Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and daily operations for cultural facilities
  • Process financial transactions and maintain revenue records
  • Handle public inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns
  • Support policy development for cultural space management
  • Maintain accurate records and facility usage data
  • Research best practices in cultural facility management

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Cultural Studies

Preferred Experience:

  • Community engagement experience
  • Client service management background
  • Proficiency with digital management systems
