CRM Specialist (HubSpot)

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with HubSpot expertise for a private equity firm in the software industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. The ideal candidate is skilled in CRM setup, migration, and integration. You will work closely with founders and executives, keeping things technical yet consistent. Deep HubSpot knowledge is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM setups and migrations, mainly from old systems to HubSpot.
- Set up HubSpot based on standard sales funnels and KPI tracking.
- Create automated workflows, lead scoring, and sales automation.
- Add data validation rules and keep data quality high.
- Work with existing CRMs in portfolio companies, including non-HubSpot ones.
- Build and maintain connections between CRM and tools like Aircall, Clay, Apollo, and Lob.
- Make custom reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs across the portfolio.
- Fix technical problems and handle ongoing maintenance.
- Document setups and processes for easy knowledge sharing.
- Train founders and teams on CRM use.
- Clean and enrich data during migrations and for current systems.
- Set standard reporting for finance, sales, and product teams.
- Monitor and maintain strong data quality.
- Handle special reporting requests from leaders.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in HubSpot administration and setup.
- Strong skills in CRM data migration and system integrations.
- Good knowledge of API integrations and automation.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and analysis.
- Familiar with sales funnel management and lead scoring.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with executives and founders.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Able to explain technical ideas to non-tech people.
- Comfortable with video calls and screen sharing.
- Flexible for urgent tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Service Software.
- Experience with other CRMs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, or Zoho.
- Background in B2B software or SaaS.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices.

Schedule & Pay:

- US Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
- Fully remote for a US-based company
- SA: R14,000 – R27,000 per month, based on experience
- PH: ₱43,000 – ₱78,500 PHP per month, based on experience
- Annual raises, bonuses, and paid holidays/PTO
