Job Description:

• Oversee the daily allocation of crew resources to meet the flight schedule.
• Maintain the published roster, ensuring strict adherence to all crew scheduling rules and regulations.
• Manage the crew roster within the operations management system, reorganising as needed due to schedule changes, including training responsibilities.
• Arrange accommodation, car hire, and hotel bookings for crew members.
• Support the Operations Control Centre (OCC) during irregular operations, following internal work instructions, CATS, CARS, and the Operations Manual.
• Perform all daily checks as per the work instruction.
• Ensure all crew duties are completed before concluding work for the night.
• Monitor crew sign‑on times for flight duties and communicate proactively to avoid delays.
• Assist with ad‑hoc duties and product support as required.
• Carry out tasks outlined in SFR338‑Work Instruction Crew Control.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
• Minimum of 3 years’ aviation experience (essential).
• Previous rostering or training planning experience (essential).
• Experience with AIMS or similar roster management systems (advantageous).
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late evenings.
