Creditors Clerk Assistant (JHB) Jobs

Description

We are looking for a Creditors Clerk Assistant to join our team. Your main duties will include:

• Checking the accuracy of data from various sources before entering it into the system.
• Finding and fixing any obvious errors in data by confirming details with supervisors.
• Entering information into financial systems as needed and double-checking for accuracy.
• Handling general finance tasks, such as filing and reconciliations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least 2 years of experience in data capture.
• The ability to work on your own.
• The ability to handle changing workloads and pressure.
• A commitment to keeping information confidential.
