Basic Requirements:
- ✅ Grade 12/NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- ✅ Language proficiency in English + one of: Setswana/IsiZulu/Xitsonga
- ✅ 3 months practical experience (advantageous)
- ✅ Valid driver’s license (beneficial)
Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide interpretation services in criminal, civil, and labor courts
- • Translate legal documents and evidentiary materials
- • Maintain accurate case records and statistics
- • Assist magistrates/prosecutors with case file preparation
- • Facilitate communication during legal consultations
