Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mthatha, Eastern Cape
• Experience: 3+ years in a courier environment
• Qualification: Grade 12, Valid Driver’s Licence, and PDP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver stock, products, and documents to customers, stores, and drop-off points in a timely manner.
• Return undelivered stock, incorrect stock, and materials to the service center.
• Take full responsibility for the vehicle, stock, and equipment entrusted to you.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions.
• Demonstrate effective self-management and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Product and service knowledge.
• Understanding of transportation principles and records maintenance.
• Extensive geographical knowledge of the delivery area.
• Familiarity with PEPKOR Lifestyle policies, processes, and systems.
• Strong ethical responsibility and commitment to safety.
