Job Purpose
To ensure major changes are rolled out in a controlled and non-disruptive way to the production environment.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
- Relevant National Diploma / Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in Information Technology, and 2-3 years of experience in ICT Change and Release Management, including 1-2 years at a knowledge worker level.
Alternative
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and 5 years of experience in ICT Change and Release Management, including 1-2 years at a knowledge worker level.
