Position Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support infrastructure projects through effective administration, procurement coordination, and financial monitoring.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: National Certificate (NQF 6) in Office Administration/Public Administration OR Matric with 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience: 2-5 years in project/operational support roles
  • Skills: Procurement processes, financial record-keeping, project documentation
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng (Office-based)

Core Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Maintain project documentation and track milestones
  • Implement PMO methodologies and quality standards
  • Monitor project risks and prepare progress reports

Financial Administration:

  • Process invoices and maintain audit-ready records
  • Support budget monitoring and expense reporting
  • Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements

Operational Coordination:

  • Manage office scheduling and correspondence
  • Maintain supplier records and purchase orders
  • Prepare consolidated divisional reports
