Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support infrastructure projects through effective administration, procurement coordination, and financial monitoring.
Key Requirements:
- Education: National Certificate (NQF 6) in Office Administration/Public Administration OR Matric with 5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience: 2-5 years in project/operational support roles
- Skills: Procurement processes, financial record-keeping, project documentation
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng (Office-based)
Core Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Maintain project documentation and track milestones
- Implement PMO methodologies and quality standards
- Monitor project risks and prepare progress reports
Financial Administration:
- Process invoices and maintain audit-ready records
- Support budget monitoring and expense reporting
- Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements
Operational Coordination:
- Manage office scheduling and correspondence
- Maintain supplier records and purchase orders
- Prepare consolidated divisional reports
