About SARS

Job Purpose

Coordinate high-severity incident resolution and investigate root causes of IT-related problems to ensure system stability.

Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF6) in IT + 2-3 years’ IT experience (1-2 years at knowledge worker level)
  • OR Senior Certificate (NQF4) + 5 years’ IT experience (1-2 years at knowledge worker level)
