Key Requirements
- Proficiency in core job functions
- Fluency in English and one other official language
- Valid South African citizenship
- Clean criminal record with no pending cases
- Food preparation/catering certification (advantageous)
- Basic equipment operation skills
- Flexibility for extended working hours
Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations and inventory
- Prepare meals following health standards
- Coordinate food purchasing and storage
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
- Provide meal service and presentation
