About Us:

Position Purpose:
Deliver inspectorate services through complaint investigations, identification of infrastructure needs, and management of technical projects in compliance with legislation and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) OR N3 Certificate + Trade Test (Built Environment) OR Engineering Technician Registration
- Experience: 6+ years relevant management experience
- License: Valid Code B driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate service requests and infrastructure complaints
- Coordinate repair projects and maintenance programs
- Manage construction documentation and contractor oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise technical team members
- Prepare project reports and progress updates
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Strong technical writing and communication abilities
- Knowledge of OHS Act and National Building Regulations
- Budget management and deadline coordination
Remuneration:
R582,444 – R686,091 per annum (Salary Level 10)
