Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-year Diploma/Degree in Traffic Management/Law (NQF 6+)
  • Basic Traffic Officer’s Diploma with valid registration
  • 7-10 years traffic enforcement experience (3-5 years at management level)
  • Valid Code B driving license
  • Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional traffic law enforcement operations
  • Develop standardized operational plans and performance monitoring systems
  • Coordinate interdepartmental law enforcement strategies
  • Analyze regional traffic statistics and policy development
  • Manage resource allocation and budget oversight
  • Mentor regional teams on best practices and legal compliance
