Core Purpose

Monitor environmental pollution and chemical management through data collection, analysis, and development of monitoring systems to support environmental protection objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on pollution management policies and regulations
  • Develop and manage water quality monitoring programs
  • Implement information systems for pollution data management
  • Collaborate on regional environmental protection initiatives
  • Manage team operations and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in relevant scientific/engineering field
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
  • Proven experience in environmental compliance monitoring

Compensation

R612,480 per annum (OSD Grade A Scale)
