Position Summary
Manage SACAA’s contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with supply chain regulations and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor legally compliant contracts/SLAs
- Coordinate B-BBEE verification audits (quarterly/annual)
- Manage office equipment leases and supplier relationships
- Maintain contract documentation and payment reconciliations
- Generate monthly performance and compliance reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Contracts Management/Supply Chain (NQF 6)
- 3 years’ contract administration experience
- Understanding of PFMA and PPPFA regulations
- Legal qualification (LLB) advantageous
