Role Responsibilities

  • Lead retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Oversee exceptional customer experiences and store reputation
  • Manage staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate inventory management and merchandising standards
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business strategies
