Position Overview
Serve as the primary contact point for SACAA clients, delivering efficient service and maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Handle 50-70 daily inbound calls with professionalism
- Information Management: Log all client interactions in CRM system
- Problem Resolution: Address queries or pass complex issues to specialized teams
- Quality Standards: Maintain 100% compliance with service level agreements
- Customer Feedback: Conduct satisfaction surveys after each interaction
Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Experience:
- 2-3 years in contact center or customer service roles
- CRM system experience (advantageous)
Key Competencies:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Data recording accuracy
- Ability to analyze service metrics
