Key Responsibilities

Claims Assessment

  • Validate claims using RAF Act, Regulations, and relevant case law
  • Identify and process duplicate claims to prevent duplicates
  • Verify claimant information through stakeholder engagement
  • Assess validity of death benefit claims

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain verification standards and reporting protocols
  • Implement incident reporting procedures

Operations Support

  • Process pre-assessed claims documentation
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence
  • Respond to stakeholder queries within deadlines

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Law or related field

Required Experience:
3+ years in claims processing environment
Working knowledge of RAF Act and legal principles
