Key Responsibilities
Claims Assessment
- Validate claims using RAF Act, Regulations, and relevant case law
- Identify and process duplicate claims to prevent duplicates
- Verify claimant information through stakeholder engagement
- Assess validity of death benefit claims
Quality Assurance
- Maintain verification standards and reporting protocols
- Implement incident reporting procedures
Operations Support
- Process pre-assessed claims documentation
- Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence
- Respond to stakeholder queries within deadlines
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Law or related field
Required Experience:
3+ years in claims processing environment
Working knowledge of RAF Act and legal principles
