Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential fraudulent claims and duplicate submissions
- Determine need for claimant interviews and benefits eligibility
- Verify information with medical professionals and law enforcement
Quality Assurance
- Maintain audit-ready documentation standards
- Implement quality control measures across claim processes
- Monitor and report unusual claim patterns
Operational Support
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain accurate claim records
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries within service timelines
Reporting & Analysis
- Track performance against operational targets
- Identify and report emerging risks
- Submit improvement recommendations
