Key Responsibilities

  • Verify information with medical professionals and law enforcement

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation standards
  • Implement quality control measures across claim processes
  • Monitor and report unusual claim patterns

Operational Support

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate claim records
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries within service timelines

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track performance against operational targets
  • Identify and report emerging risks
  • Submit improvement recommendations
