Position Overview

Join the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as a key contributor to our procurement governance framework. This role requires expertise in implementing compliance strategies and maintaining ethical supply chain practices within a dynamic regulatory environment.

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Experience: 5-10 years in GRC/Supply Chain
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate (NQF 7) + 5-7 years’ experience
    • OR Matric Certificate + 10 years’ relevant experience

Core Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies
  • Implement process improvements across procurement functions
  • Ensure compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, and SARS policies

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance on procurement regulations

Risk Management

  • Conduct regular compliance audits
  • Analyze procurement data for risk patterns
