Qualifications Required:

  • National Higher Diploma/B-tech in Built Environment field + 4 years’ experience
  • OR Honours Degree in Built Environment + 3 years’ experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Control project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Lead multidisciplinary construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies
  • Coordinate project documentation and progress meetings
