Position Details

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process and investigate long-pending case files (older than 2 years)
  • Conduct criminal investigations under supervision
  • Prepare court documents and provide testimony
  • Coordinate with legal teams on bail opposition procedures
  • Develop strategic investigation plans for assigned cases
  • Manage confidential informant networks responsibly
  • Maintain accurate records on police information systems
  • Submit regular progress reports to supervisors

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid South African ID document
  • Clean criminal record
  • Physical and mental fitness for police duties
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills in at least two official languages
