Core Responsibilities
- Issue compliance notices per CSOS Act provisions
- Conduct formal investigations (S50/S51 cases)
- Monitor scheme compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Verify service provider reporting accuracy
- Manage case documentation on organizational systems
- Escalate non-compliance cases to legal authorities
Essential Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of:
- CSOS Act (2011)
- Sectional Titles Management Act
- Companies Act (Share Block/Retirement Schemes)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
