Core Responsibilities

Compliance Support:

  • Maintain regulatory documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with compliance reporting (FSCA, FIC, TCF)
  • Track submission deadlines and audit requirements

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and meeting coordination
  • Handle incoming communications and vendor relations
  • Support team events and functions

Project Coordination:

  • Monitor compliance implementation projects
  • Maintain action trackers and documentation
  • Coordinate team schedules and meetings

Company Secretarial Support:

  • Assist with board meeting preparations
  • Maintain corporate records and filings
  • Support annual general meeting coordination

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Basic understanding of compliance frameworks
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in office software tools
  • Financial services experience preferred
