Position Overview

- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Development Studies or equivalent
- Experience Needed: 7+ years in Community Development

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee community development structures and project implementations
- Facilitate integrated development programs with stakeholders
- Supervise development practitioners and coordinate interdepartmental efforts
- Manage administrative tasks and stay updated on industry developments
Essential Requirements
- SAQA-recognized qualification in relevant field
- Proven track record in community development initiatives
- Strong leadership and partnership-building skills
