- Oversee community development initiatives and project implementation
- Coordinate stakeholder partnerships for integrated social programs
- Supervise and mentor community development practitioners
- Manage administrative processes for development activities
- Stay updated on emerging trends in community development
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree recognized by SAQA
- Proven track record in community development projects
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of social development policies and frameworks
