Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee investigation of backlogged case dockets and inquests over 2 years old
- Ensure evidence collection meets court standards for successful prosecutions
- Supervise proper use of CAS (Crime Administration System)
- Lead multidisciplinary investigative teams
- Manage human, financial, and physical resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with information security regulations

- Valid Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant police/legal investigative experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of criminal justice procedures
