Position Details

  • 📌 Minimum Education: Matric Certificate (Bachelor’s advantageous)
  • 📌 Experience Required: 2-3 years relevant experience
  • 📌 Department: Administration/Customer Service

Core Responsibilities

  • ✓ Coordinate customer collections and dispatch operations
  • ✓ Operate forklift/pallet jack (certification beneficial)
  • ✓ Verify inventory against dispatch documents
  • ✓ Prepare shipping documentation and waybills
  • ✓ Maintain safety standards in warehouse areas
  • ✓ Assist with customer service administration
  • ✓ Manage workflow for order fulfillment

Candidate Requirements

  • ✔ Matric Certificate (Essential)
  • ✔ Customer service experience (2-3 years preferred)
  • ✔ Computer literacy and administrative skills
  • ✔ Problem-solving abilities
  • ✔ Forklift license (Preferred)
  • ✔ Strong attention to detail
