Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and ensure proper upkeep of the vehicle, reporting any faults.
• Deliver and collect packages, parcels, or documentation as required.
• Handle banking transactions when necessary.
• Transport goods and materials between branches.
• Provide transportation for staff to offsite facilities such as hospitals and airports.
• Perform other delivery or collection tasks as directed by management.
• Distribute remittance advices to SA Metal customers.
• Submit tender documentation and handle related tasks.
• Renew licenses and manage vehicle registrations and de-registrations.
• Process changes in vehicle ownership.
• Pay and deliver representations to the Traffic Department for fines.

<li getAddress reductions at State Prosecutors' offices for summonses and weighbridge fines.

• Handle any in-person queries at the traffic department.
• Organize and maintain archives for SA Metal and Waste Control.
• Retrieve and archive documentation for various departments.
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Act, Company policies, and Road Traffic Act regulations.

Qualifying Criteria:

• Matric certification required.
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s license with a valid PRDP.
• At least 8 years of similar experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
