Position: Coordinator (Web Technical Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain internet/intranet portal content and architecture
  • Implement web standards and design specifications
  • Oversee digital platform projects from planning to execution
  • Perform system maintenance and user support
  • Conduct staff training on web platforms
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends

Core Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in ICT or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2+ years technical web support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in ICT field
  • 3+ years relevant experience
