Position: Coordinator (Web Technical Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain internet/intranet portal content and architecture
- Implement web standards and design specifications
- Oversee digital platform projects from planning to execution
- Perform system maintenance and user support
- Conduct staff training on web platforms
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends
Core Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in ICT or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- 2+ years technical web support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in ICT field
- 3+ years relevant experience
