- Required Experience: 4+ years post-registration nursing
- Location: Mpumalanga Province, South Africa
- Registration: Valid SANC registration (GN/PN & Midwifery)
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- SANC-accredited Primary Health Care Science qualification (1-year post-basic)
- 4 years’ clinical nursing experience post-registration
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong patient care and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services
- Manage clinical operations and resource allocation
- Maintain strict adherence to nursing standards and protocols
- Supervise junior staff and support professional development
- Implement infection control measures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
