Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Legal Studies (LLB degree preferred)
- 1-2 years’ paralegal/administrative experience
- Computer literacy
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support and assist with documentation preparation
- Conduct legal research and maintain filing systems
- Handle meeting minutes and document management
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Draft official correspondence and legal documents
