Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in Legal Studies (LLB degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ paralegal/administrative experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal administrative support and assist with documentation preparation
  • Conduct legal research and maintain filing systems
  • Handle meeting minutes and document management
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Draft official correspondence and legal documents
