Position Summary

Manage debt collection activities for customer portfolios, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while maintaining professional client relationships.

Requirements

Education:
National Diploma/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field (NQF Level 6)

Experience:

  • 3+ years in credit management
  • Experience handling ledger portfolios (R6m-R10m monthly)
  • Cross-industry portfolio management experience

Key Responsibilities

Debt Management:

  • Execute collection strategies for overdue accounts
  • Maintain contact with clients through multiple channels
  • Identify potential bad debt risks

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Adhere to financial regulations and audit requirements
  • Prepare debt status reports
  • Maintain documentation systems

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Resolve billing disputes with internal teams
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Collaborate across departments for issue resolution
