Requirements

• ABET qualification.
• Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and knowledge of how to use cleaning products and methods.
• Ability to carry out repetitive/routine instructions received from a supervisor.

Duties

• Responsible for a clean and hygienic environment by cleaning offices, corridors, elevators, boardrooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Cleaning duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming carpets, emptying and cleaning dustbins, washing crockery, and preparing boardrooms for meetings.
• Placing water and crockery in boardrooms before meetings commence.
• Effective use of cleaning materials and equipment, caring for such equipment, requesting supplies in a timely manner, and reporting on any defaults immediately.
