Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 10 or above.
- Minimum of 1 year cleaning or laundry experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Must be able to read, write, and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to work shifts.
Duties:
- Wipe and mop floors.
- Clean lockers, steel dust bins, and basins.
- Use equipment and chemicals correctly.
- Clean toilets and mark checklists three times a day.
- Replace hand towels and refill soap bottles in cubicles, side wards, bathrooms, bowl rooms, and toilets.
- Clean lockers, bedsteads, curtain rails, and trolleys.
- Clean, disinfect, and perform terminal cleaning.
- Clean machines, double mop units, mops, buckets, dusters, and dusting cloths after use.
- Clean equipment three times a week.
- Clean buckets, double mop units, mops, and polishers after every use.
- Ensure the safe keeping of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Perform all laundry duties.
