Requirements:
- Grade 10 / AET Level 5 to Grade 12 certificate (include school report with stamp and log).
- One year of experience in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, patient rights, and the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
- Understanding of customer service; must be self-driven and motivated.
- Able to read, write, and work in a team. Willing to work shifts.
Duties:
- Provide cleaning services for wards, offices, corridors, boardrooms, floors, walls, windows, doors, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Maintain cleaning materials and report any broken equipment.
- Follow the Ideal Hospital Framework, Batho Pele principles, patient rights, and Infection Prevention and Control guidelines.
- Help manage complaints and patient safety incidents.
