Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in claims/medical processing
  • Knowledge of COID Act, PFMA regulations, and compensation frameworks
  • Skills in claims assessment, data analysis, and benefit administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and adjudicate compensation claims according to regulations
  • Manage benefit calculations and approvals
  • Handle claimant inquiries and case resolution
  • Supervise claims processing workflows
  • Maintain compliance with occupational injury protocols
