Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
- 1+ year experience in claims/medical processing
- Knowledge of COID Act, PFMA regulations, and compensation frameworks
- Skills in claims assessment, data analysis, and benefit administration
Key Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate compensation claims according to regulations
- Manage benefit calculations and approvals
- Handle claimant inquiries and case resolution
- Supervise claims processing workflows
- Maintain compliance with occupational injury protocols
