Experience: 5+ years in insurance claims (including management)
Location: Gauteng
Qualifications Required
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF Level 4
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
- Post-matric qualifications (advantageous)
Experience Required
- 5+ years in short-term insurance claims (Personal & Commercial lines)
- Current management of rescue call centers, salvage, car hire, and towing operations
- 3+ years in senior/middle management
- Thorough understanding of claims lifecycle and processes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and operations for Claims Administration teams
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements with towing/car hire providers
- Drive system improvements for cost efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor departmental budgets and loss ratios
- Deliver performance reports and risk management oversight
- Collaborate with Claims, Procurement and other teams
