Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Required Qualification: National Certificate
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Healthcare/Hospital maintenance)
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Department: Engineering/Technical
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair water systems, structures, and hospital furnishings
- Supervise sewer systems and pressurized fire safety systems
- Monitor contractor work quality on hospital premises
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain detailed maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with R158 Building Regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Civil/Mechanical Diploma + Trade Certification
- Proficiency in Occupational Health/Safety standards
- Computer literacy and job management skills
- Experience with backup power systems (PFC)
- Adaptability to work under pressure
