Job Purpose

To provide effective and efficient administrative support services to the Economic Development and Spatial Planning Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks in an office environment.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administer and monitor financial management activities to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Deliver secretariat services, including meeting coordination and documentation.
  • Support personnel management functions.
  • Control procurement and payment processes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • At least six months of relevant work experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Must undergo a criminal record check and provide fingerprints to the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost.
