Position Overview:

Fidelity Services Group, Southern Africa’s largest integrated security solutions provider, is seeking a CIT Driver for our Durban branch. The role involves transporting crew members and custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money, ensuring secure and timely deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation (Grade C qualification or higher)
• Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate
• Firearm competency (minimum handgun qualification for business purposes)
• Valid driver’s license (Code C1) and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry (experience at FSG is advantageous)
• Able to work under pressure and physically fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver clients’ money securely
• Report any delays to the Operations Manager immediately
• Prevent and report incidents
• Maintain radio contact with controllers
• Take preventive action against suspicious activities
• Conduct vehicle audits and complete checklists
• Drive responsibly and document accidents/incidents
