Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification
- FET Certificate in Child & Youth Care (NQF Level 4)
- Valid registration with South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
- 7 years’ direct experience in child & youth care services post-qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of therapeutic and developmental programs
- Supervise child & youth care workers during shifts
- Conduct facility inspections and incident reporting
- Monitor program outcomes and participant progress
- Manage shift documentation and administrative tasks
