- Required Education: Grade 12/NQF Level 4 + FET Certificate in Child & Youth Care
- Experience Required: 7 years post-qualification experience
- Sector: Social Development & Project Management
- Professional Requirement: Active SACSSP registration
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of youth development programs
- Supervise child care teams during assigned shifts
- Coordinate therapeutic activities and progress tracking
- Conduct facility inspections and incident reporting
- Manage administrative tasks related to care programs
Essential Requirements:
- Valid SAQA-recognized qualifications
- Proven experience in child/youth care services
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
