Experience Required: 3+ years post-registration
Field: Healthcare – Speech Therapy
Key Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Speech Therapy/Speech & Audiology
- Valid HPCSA registration as Independent Practitioner
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Adult speech pathology experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead speech therapy team operations and service delivery
- Develop treatment protocols and quality assurance systems
- Manage resources including equipment and departmental budgets
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care approach
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate patient records and statistical reporting
